come and gather round:
a drumroll, please, sir....the one
and only: Teeny!!!
strongest girl on earth!
unload your burdens on her
she will bear them all!
and her heart of steel:
use your might, try and crush it!!
look... it stays intact!
a human dartboard,
her skin attracts sharp objects
zing! stab! throw them hard!
fire swallower!
burning questions, hot desire
down her throat they go!!
and on the tightrope
balancing, on fingertips
she will never fall!
and mind reading too!
the deep secrets of your mind
will be hers to know!!
but when the crowds leave
and the hot spotlights cool down
who is Teeny, really?
no phenomenon
is she; yet, neither is she

- welcome to my blog/ hatekus are its foundation/ but it will vary/ Yeah, I love haikus. I love how traditional haikus can humbly but beautifully encapsulate existence. As a slight departure from the nature-based haikus, I now also love using them as a way to succinctly communicate my modern quotidian experiences. And because in the Land of Teeny, 17 syllables aren't always sufficient, there might be more than just haikus posted here. I apologize to those haiku purists who might have had high hopes for this blog.
